At TYR Sport Natation, we are committed to delivering your high-performance swimming equipment as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Shipping Cost: €12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Available for orders over €50
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. We ship worldwide, with some exceptions in Asia and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your TYR swimming gear. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, our straightforward return policy makes it easy to exchange or return items.
Return Policy Conditions
- You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging
- Returned items must include the delivery note or invoice
- Initial return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defective product
- Important Hygiene Note: For hygiene reasons, earplugs (Bouchons d’oreilles) cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit a Request
Email your return/exchange request to [email protected] with the following information:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[order number]
- Full name
- Order number
- Date of receipt
- Item(s) to return (product name, size, color, quantity)
- Reason for return
- Request (refund or exchange – specify new size/color if exchanging)
Step 2: Approval & Instructions
Our customer service team will respond within 48 business hours with:
- Confirmation of approval
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Detailed return instructions
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Pack items carefully in original packaging or similar
- Include the delivery note or copy of invoice
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship to: TYR Sport Natation – Returns, 85 Rue Saint-Rémi, Bordeaux, FR 10512, France
Recommendation: Use a tracked and insured shipping service. TYR Sport Natation is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Exchanges: New item will ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your return
Refund Details
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Defective Items or Our Errors
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

- We will provide a prepaid shipping label for return
- Replacement will ship upon receipt of defective return
- Shipping costs will be fully refunded
